Delivery
The remaining twelve records-storage cabinets under equipment order RP-13-118 and modification 1 have been delivered to the NRS Panel's administrative offices. Together with the first consignment accepted under NRS-Y13-0715, all twenty-four contracted units have now been received.
Inspection
The receiving officer checked unit count, drawer operation, supplied keys and anchoring at the installed locations. Transit packaging was removed after installation. No delivery variance was recorded for the final consignment.
Contract status
Delivery is complete. The total contract price, warranty and final-payment conditions recorded in NRS-Y13-0707 remain unchanged. The signed receipt and inspection checklist are entered with the order; this acceptance record does not itself record payment.
