Delivery
The first consignment under equipment order RP-13-118 and modification 1 has been delivered to the NRS Panel's administrative offices. Twelve of the twenty-four contracted records-storage cabinets were presented for acceptance.
Inspection
The receiving officer verified cabinet count, drawer operation, supplied keys and anchoring at the installed locations. Transit packaging was removed after installation as required by the amended delivery schedule. No variance was recorded for the first consignment.
Contract status
Twelve cabinets remain outstanding. Partial acceptance does not constitute final completion of the order and does not alter the total contract price, warranty or final-payment conditions recorded in NRS-Y13-0707.
The signed delivery receipt and inspection checklist are entered with equipment order RP-13-118.
