Scheduling
Following written acceptances from Caldris and Valedon, the three participating governments have agreed that the Lake Varda conference will open in Valedon during Year 14, Month 1. The exact opening day and delegation lists remain subject to administrative confirmation and will be published when settled.
Opening agenda
The opening agenda is limited to civilian navigation, cross-border rescue coordination, and practical measures intended to reduce the risk of another encounter on Lake Varda. Participation does not constitute acceptance by any government of another government's account of prior incidents, legal responsibility, or territorial position.
Questions concerning prior incidents may be raised during the conference, but no common factual or legal position is established by this notice.
Host and record
Valedon will host the opening session. The Directorate will publish the final scheduling notice, Torenthian delegation designation, and any agreed public conference record to the NRS when available.
