The Korda Convention adopted the Northern Lake Settlement proposal by 28–5 and the Elections Panel has authenticated the three fixed northern districts against the original certified boundaries. The affected electorate and vote date remain unsettled; Kelvant's approval, LM–JM assessment, Senate ratification and the Territory's Statehood Audits remain outstanding. No boundary or status has changed.
