Contract particulars
Equipment order RP-13-118; modification 1. Supplier: Plainbind Office Equipment. Supply and installation of twenty-four lockable records-storage cabinets for the Panel's administrative offices.
Amendment
Delivery is divided into two consignments of twelve cabinets. Installation will take place outside the public counter's opening hours. The supplier will remove transit packaging after each installation visit and submit a separate delivery receipt for each consignment.
The quantity, cabinet dimensions, locking specification, warranty and total contract price remain unchanged. The modification adds no charge for the second delivery or for installation outside counter hours.
Acceptance and payment
The receiving officer will check the cabinet count, drawer operation, keys and anchoring after each visit. Final acceptance and the existing payment entitlement remain conditional on completion of both consignments.
