Schedule filed
The Department files the work schedule under the regional drinking-water instrument calibration award recorded in NRS-Y13-0718. Participating laboratories will release spectrometry, turbidity and conductivity instruments for service in staggered groups.
Sample handling
Each laboratory is to confirm available testing capacity before an instrument is removed from service. Where the scheduled work prevents a routine test from being completed locally, samples will be transferred to another participating laboratory with the original collection details and chain-of-custody record.
Routine sample intake remains available throughout the work schedule. Completion certificates will be filed after service and verification; this schedule is not a certificate of completed calibration.
Award scope
The schedule changes neither the service award nor the applicable testing standards. Emergency repairs and replacement parts remain subject to separate authorization.
