Installation return
The Panel records installation of the first twelve of the thirty-six backup power units accepted under Caldenmere submission CM-13-31 and NRS-Y13-0714. The units were installed with the public-access terminal configurations identified in the accepted inventory. Twenty-four units remain to be installed.
Site tests
The installation returns record transfer from mains power, operation during the supported interval and recovery on restored supply. Test sessions were used to check continuity at the installed terminals. The returns report no variance from the accepted configurations and contain no voter credentials or individual ballot data.
Scope
This is an equipment-installation record. It establishes no election date, electoral period, turnout figure or vote result. Installation of the remaining units and any later equipment change require their own returns.
