Arvane submission AV-13-24: public-access terminal configuration AP-6, including its standard controls, audio interface, tactile keypad and backup power unit. Certification applies to the hardware and software versions identified in the submitted configuration schedule.
Determination
The submitted configuration is certified for State procurement under §11.1(2). Testing completed for this submission covered connection to the National Voting System, accessible operation, interruption and recovery, and the preservation of ballot secrecy and public auditability required by §11.2. No unresolved variance remains in the certification schedule.
Installation record
Arvane's election administrators will retain the delivered-unit inventory and record the installed configuration against each unit before service. Substitution of a component or software version outside the certified schedule requires further review by the Panel.
Scope
This determination certifies equipment for procurement. It does not certify an election result or establish an electoral period. The certification and configuration schedule are published under §10.1.
