Eleven delegates in total. Co-Chairs: Jalen Mire (lake-corridor district) and Tomas Rell (inland district). The remaining nine seats are apportioned across corridor, interior, and unaligned Assembly districts in rough proportion to the Convention's overall composition. Held Year 13, Month 12. The Committee adopted a working schedule for data requests to relevant offices, including the Elections Panel, the Executive Monitor, and Korda's own transportation authority.

The Committee set an internal target of delivering a preliminary compilation within thirty days. This target is the Committee's own choosing and is not a constitutional deadline. Any delay against this internal target has no effect on the Convention's ninety-day period under §15.5.a(3), and does not toll, pause, or extend it.
