Following the geographic authentication recorded in NRS-Y14-0003, the Elections Panel opens a verification docket for the electorate affected by the Korda Convention's Northern Lake Settlement proposal. The authenticated transfer-area identifiers remain LC-N1, LC-N2 and LC-N3, fixed to their original certified district boundaries.
Administrative scope
The docket calls for reconciliation of voter-roll residence records, district-boundary references and procedures for correcting disputed entries. Opening the docket is an administrative step. The Panel has not certified a final affected-electorate list, issued ballot language or scheduled a ratification poll.
Effect of record
No transfer of the northern corridor to Kelvant, change in Korda's constitutional status, or finding on the Territory's separate Statehood path follows from this notice. The requirements of §15.4 and the Convention settlement process remain outstanding.
