Record identification
Reference: NRS-Y14-0003
Filing authority: Elections Panel
Type: Geographic-schedule authentication for proposed affected-voter ratification
Authority: §15.5.a(3); §15.4
Date: Year 14, Month 1
Schedule authenticated
The Panel compares the fixed district identifiers included in the Korda Convention's certified Northern Lake Settlement with the district descriptions in its original lake-corridor petition-certification register. The transfer area in the adopted proposal is limited to LC-N1 (Varenne Station), LC-N2 (Upper Lake Road) and LC-N3 (North Freight Landing), using their boundaries at the date of the original certification. The district schedule is authenticated for subsequent ratification materials. No service-route map, later electoral redistricting, or administrative interpretation may enlarge this proposed area.
Matters not certified
The Panel has not yet published a final determination of the electorate affected by the Convention resolution, final ballot language, a referendum date, or any tally. Authentication of geographic limits is not authentication of voter eligibility. The canceled original corridor referendum remains canceled; it is not revived by this filing.
Conditions outstanding
The Panel will publish the electorate determination and complete voting materials in a later notice. Any merger requires the affected-voter ratification and the applicable §15.4 approval and participation thresholds, as well as Kelvant's own constitutional approval, the joint Legislative–Judicial Monitor integrity assessment and Senate ratification. The continuing Korda Territory's Statehood process remains subject to §15.2 and is not certified here.
No boundary, constitutional status, title obligation or public-service operator changes by reason of this authentication. End of record.
