Assembly Speaker — Review Period Pause, Northern Arrival Housing Capacity Act

Under §2.7, Assembly Speaker Marit Hosk pauses the review period for the Northern Arrival Housing Capacity Act (NRS-Y14-0026) for ten business days, following the Civic Consul's reconsideration notice (NRS-Y14-0027).

During the pause the Assembly may withdraw the bill by simple majority. A withdrawal motion is placed on the Assembly's published sitting schedule. If the bill is not withdrawn, the review period resumes when the pause ends.

The pause does not amend the bill or decide the merits of the notice.
