Head of delegation
The Directorate designates Director of Foreign Affairs Ines Carrow to lead the Torenthian delegation to the Lake Varda conference scheduled to open in Valedon during Year 14, Month 1.
Technical participation
The delegation will include designated officials responsible for civilian navigation, coast-guard operations, rescue coordination and foreign-affairs legal advice. Individual technical assignments remain under administrative review and will be entered when finalized.
Conference scope
The designation does not alter the opening agenda recorded in NRS-Y13-0716: civilian navigation, cross-border rescue coordination and practical risk-reduction measures. Participation does not constitute acceptance of another government's account of prior incidents, legal responsibility or territorial position.
Scheduling status
The exact opening day and complete delegation lists for the participating governments remain unsettled. This designation records Torenthia's delegation lead only and does not announce a conference agreement or settlement.
