The referendum on the merger of the Kelvant-Korda lake corridor with the State of Kelvant is set for Year 13, Month 12, Day 8. All prerequisites under §15.4 and §15.5.a having been satisfied, this date falls within the period established by statute following the scheduling certification of Year 13, Month 10.

Eligible voters are those registered within the defined portion of Korda Territory identified in the certified petition, authenticated through the NVS using Citizen Voting Credentials. Passage requires 60% approval with at least 50% participation, per §15.4.

This certification addresses referendum scheduling only. It does not constitute or depend upon publication of a judicial transition framework for the two Territorial court seats within the defined portion, and does not resolve the dissent recorded in NRS-Y13-0447.
