Joint Audit — Executive Monitor Candidate Pool

Filing bodies: Offices of the Legislative Monitor General and Judicial Monitor General.

Scope

The two Monitor offices have reviewed the published Executive Monitor candidate pool for compliance with the objective eligibility and registry requirements of §§9.3 and 9.8. The review concerns the roster and its administration; it is not a ranking of candidates and does not evaluate political suitability.

Finding

The seven names on the Elections Panel's published roster remain eligible on the records reviewed. The constitutional minimum of five eligible pool members is satisfied. No removal, addition, or correction to the roster is required by this audit.

Limits of finding

This finding does not nominate any pool member, resolve the Speakers' deliberations, or substitute for the Judicial Monitor's separate disclosure-record findings concerning a nominee before a national confirmation vote under §9.3.
