The Varek Assembly has adopted a resolution consenting to National Trust designation of the Argent Ridge parcel within Varek's territory, satisfying the host State consent requirement of §18.4 as to Varek. The resolution followed committee review, at which the delegation for the county containing the parcel testified without objection.
Status
Designation does not take effect until consent is received from both host States. Norvane's consent has not been received. No statutory deadline governs the timing of Norvane's decision.
Disposition
Filed to the NRS as required. The Legislature will file further notice upon receipt of Norvane's response.
