The Elections Panel issues initial public financing allocations under §8.4 to qualified Assembly candidates whose applications have completed review. Each participating candidate receives the same initial allocation. The list of recipients is published with this record by State and Territory.
Applications still under review will be decided and published as review is completed. Applications from Legat Consul candidates remain under review; this record enters no determination on them.
Acceptance of an allocation does not bar private fundraising. Contributions received by any campaign remain subject to full disclosure under §8.1.
