Scope

The ministry awards a scheduled inspection package covering bridge decks, bearings, drainage points and expansion joints on the western trunk route. The work is preventive and does not record a closure order or emergency condition.

Traffic management

Inspections will use temporary lane controls where required. Any defect requiring repair beyond routine maintenance will be entered separately before remedial work is authorized.
