The Office of the Civic Consul publishes the quarter's calendar of ministry reporting dates. Each ministry files its activity summary on the date listed, and each filing is published to the National Record System under the executive transparency duty in §2.10.
The calendar changes no ministry's authority and adds no reporting requirement beyond those already established by statute. Dates may be revised by notice published to the National Record System.
