All four filings met the signature threshold and the geographic distribution requirement established by statute. Signature verification was conducted through the NVS using Citizen Voting Credentials.

Two additional filings were received and did not meet the signature threshold. Under standing practice, the Panel does not publish the names of filings that fail threshold, and both filers were notified directly with itemized verification results. Either may refile within the period established by statute.

Citizens of the Territories participate in this election on the same terms as citizens of the States, consistent with §11.2. Territory signatures were counted toward each candidate's national total and are not counted toward the geographic distribution requirement, which is defined by statute in terms of States.

Certification published to the NRS as required. The ballot is closed to further additions absent a successful refiling. Election calendar proceeds as previously published.
